BOOK with Sami

Tuesday – Thursday & Saturdays

Sami is a graduate of Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Colorado State. Her endless thirst for knowledge has led her to study a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Cupping, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and more. While working with some of the most talented practitioners and instructors in their fields she acquired exceptional technical skills to complement her intuitive gifts as a bodyworker.  While specializing in deep relaxation and integrative bodywork, Sami has combined her natural ability to read and listen to the body with her in-depth knowledge of human anatomy to create individualized sessions for each client she works with.

The foundation of her approach is based on the concept of treating the body as a whole and reconnecting the pieces of ourselves that tend to get lost throughout our busy days. By focusing attention toward the mind, body and soul elements, the transformational work you will receive during a session will be sure to leave you feeling grounded, complete and experiencing a new level of awareness and appreciation for your body.

Although a native of the Pacific Northwest, Sami now lives locally and feels grateful for the opportunity to be apart of the Hoboken wellness community. She is currently in a yoga teacher training program and will graduate this summer with the intention to blend the combination of bodywork and yoga into her current practice.
