Pamper yourself in this interactive workshop exploring mindful self-care, Ayurvedic beauty practices, and blissful relaxation. Ayurveda is a wellness tradition rich with beauty rituals that promote radiant skin, healthy rejuvenated tissues and graceful aging. In this workshop, you’ll learn:

–       How to mix up your own all-natural beauty treatments for your face, hair and skin using ingredients found in your kitchen

–       How to introduce Ayurveda’s daily cleansing practices into your routine and reveal your deep inner radiance

Note: Please bring a small glass jar with a lid, an old t-shirt and towel for treatments

Beginner Level Vinyasa Yoga + Restorative Yoga – 20% Off for a Limited Time! For those new to yoga or just need to take it down a notch, We will be moving mindfully through poses and ending with several restorative postures to help you relax from your work week. Since it is a small group/semi-private class, you’ll be able to receive hands on assists to help you find ease in your pose. No mirrors, No judgement.
