This Sports-focused 30-minute Cupping session provides a clinical approach to separate those tough knots.
Techniques include gliding cups, static cups, and/or functional movement. Dark circles may appear that are a sign of stagnation within the body. Do not plan to exercise for the remainder of the day, avoid cold/heat for 4-6 hours, and do not receive other bodywork for 24 hours to avoid overloading the system. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in such as exercise shorts, and sports bra for women.
