Discomfort and dysfunction of the outer thigh is not uncommon, but we often get frustrated on how to deal with it ourselves. This workshop will provide tools for assessment and management of these symptoms so that you can move more freely and with less pain, and will conclude with Yin Yoga for a broad sense of opening.
This workshop is based upon multiple backgrounds to bring a wholistic lifestyle approach. Topics will include:
- Tips for assessing where the dysfunction is coming from
- Self care methods to help symptoms that could be stemming anywhere from the low back to the foot
- Yin Yoga focusing on acupressure points to further open tense channels
