The City of Hoboken anticipates beginning Phase 2 of reopening on June 15, 2020. We are closely monitoring when specific wellness businesses are able to start seeing clients in-person again.
Until further direction is available, we will only be offering our Virtual Services.
Please feel free to contact your practitioner directly on how to best approach your treatment plan during these times, and we look forward to seeing all of you in person after this subsides.

Like most Mothers, Gina found the first few months after having her daughter trying, both physically and mentally. She experienced pain in her back and arm from feedings and holding the baby. She was exhausted by the sleepless nights. And mentally drained from the worries of now caring for a human being. For the physical ailments Gina sought out help from her chiropractor, acupuncturist and physical therapist. While each of these modalities eased her pain and kept the discomfort at bay, the pain would return. During a CST session for her
daughter (post a lip and tongue tie release procedure), Gina mentioned these pains to the practitioner. She scheduled an appointment for herself and after the first session she immediately experienced relief – both physically and mentally. Gina’s life was changed. Although still tired, the feeling of complete exhaustion was gone. She felt like someone had hit a reset button and she was able to better focus on both her daughter and her.
Gina studies with Dr. Ron Wish, a leading CST practitioner in the Northeast, at the Great River Craniosacral Therapy Institute for both her beginning and advanced trainings. In addition, she also takes course at the Upledger Institute International, “a healthcare resource center recognized worldwide for its comprehensive education programs, advanced treatment options and for its unique outreach initiatives.”
