Founder and owner, Erin Clyne, considers herself a lifelong student of Wellness. From being a stuntwoman, dancer, and gymnast to becoming a Bodyworker and Health & Business Coach – she has lived the constant balancing act between performing to the extreme and living the zen life. Moderation is key! The Body-Mind Connection is important to stay in tune with limits and which self care habits need to be enacted to maintain the equilibrium.
When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the universe.

I’m so excited to broaden my Bodywork philosophy to Life in general. If you’ve had massage or bodywork with me, then you know how much fascia fascinates me. Affect it in one part of the body, and the rest of the body is affected – like a spider web.
Health & Wellness Coaching is just like that. By utilizing a Wellness Lifestyle you can not only prevent dis-ease, but also treat it. Coaching aims to utilize your unique strengths to stimulate behavioral change towards the life that you’ve been wanting.
Both Health Coaching & Integrated Wellness Programs have been designed as 3-month Programs, and we can always work together to curate a plan uniquely your own.
Finances play an integral role in more than our pocketbook, and even our mental health. I’m so excited to officially welcome Bree into our community, and to start the conversation of Financial Wellness!

Clinically Approach Your Body
It’s been a long time that we’ve been encouraged to stay at home which, of course, leads to aches and pains from changes in physical activity on top of mental and emotional stressors.
This month I’m bringing a clinical way to address IT band (outer thigh/hip) issues at home through a group workshop. In addition, an evening virtual Yin Yoga class is now added to the schedule on Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30pm ET beginning February 9th.
Stay connected from wherever you are, and let’s support each other on our Wellness journeys!
Discomfort and dysfunction of the outer thigh is not uncommon, but we often get frustrated on how to deal with it ourselves. This workshop will provide tools for assessment and management of these symptoms so that you can move more freely and with less pain. The workshop will conclude with Yin Yoga to gain a broader sense of release.
