How To Help You Move Better

This month Erin Alexa completed Continuing Education in Myofascial Cupping. This differs from traditional Eastern or Massage Cupping in that it may incorporate active movements during your session, and the cups are often used in conjunction with each other to create a traction or lift.

Career Growth & Community Efforts

It’s a bittersweet farewell to our longest standing member, Nicole Martin. As a Life Coach & Career Coach, we’ve seen her grow personally and professionally during her time with us.

While she will be stepping away from the clinic temporarily to develop THREE growing businesses with Monarch Consulting, we encourage you to reach out to her if you’re seeking help with career placement, returning to the workforce, or veterans in need of job placement. She’s sure to do great things as an HR & Career Consultant!

Seeking a Financial Wellness Professional

We are seeking a Financial Wellness Professional to join our
Community of Wholistic Wellness Practitioners!

Wellness Lab is a Shared Space where you can find a Community of Support while you build your practice as you see fit. Since we are all small businesses, having a Financial Wellness Professional in-house would be of great benefit to us all. In addition, Financial stresses are a huge burden that stops many of us from taking steps to build a life that we are proud of… I would love to bring this aspect into Wholistic Health.

Please take a moment to learn more about Wellness Lab. Visit our Become a Practitioner page and fill out the survey at the bottom to express your interest in joining our community.

I look forward to hearing from you!
