Please welcome our newest practitioner, Larissa Quinn, Licensed Counselor in both NJ and NY as well as a Yoga Teacher.
Larissa specializes in bringing integrative wellness solutions to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Integrative mental health is concerned with maintaining optimal wellness and managing symptoms of each unique person in the context of your values, preferences and circumstances. Larissa brings her experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field, and an expertise in yoga and mindfulness, to help you sustain a full sense of well-being.


Yang Yin Yoga Virtual Classes

The first class is now available and includes pre-recorded instruction with self massage and education, warming movement (yang), sustained stretching (yin), and reactivation/reintegration of the body. I hope that you will join me for those. Videos will continue to be added to this library.

Pushing Forward

Anyone else feeling the shift to Spring despite the cold temperatures?

The turning of the calendar year has never been inspirational for me. I always say that I continually strive to be a better version of myself, and that resolutions don’t really speak to me.

In reality, my renewal of vows to myself have always come in Fall (beginning of the school year), and Spring now that I live in an area with seasons. Even though today’s temperatures are on the border of freezing, Spring is still showing itself and reminding me to reflect and re-institute healthy habits that went dormant during winter.

Looking in the mirror, I’m shedding my winter weight, but I notice that my legs appear that they’re losing strength. I also know that they hurt, I’m cautious with how I put weight on them, and which exercises make them hurt more. But I’m too young for my body to fatigue from the pain of use. So now…

Cupping & Self-Care:
New & Improved Cupping techniques + Virtual or In-person Self Care Consultations

Sports-Focused Cupping

This Sports-focused 30-minute Cupping session provides a clinical approach to separate those tough knots.

Techniques include gliding cups, static cups, and/or functional movement. Dark circles may appear that are a sign of stagnation within the body. Do not plan to exercise for the remainder of the day, avoid cold/heat for 4-6 hours, and do not receive other bodywork for 24 hours to avoid overloading the system. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in such as exercise shorts, and sports bra for women.


Self Care Consultations
 Unsure of how to perform that self care technique? Let’s assess whether your technique is accomplishing what you need it to, learn about self massage, how to use a foam roller, assess your yoga pose/posture, etc. Let’s chat about how you can keep yourself up and running!
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
