- Thai Table massage is a bridge to an Eastern style of bodywork. Not only does it incorporate elements of increasing circulation, mobility, and assisted yoga-type stretching, but it also includes addressing the Eastern energy meridians and point pressure work. It is performed fully clothed without any lotions or oils.
IASTM, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, uses a variety of tools to affect the neurology associated with pain. Especially in Erin Clyne, LMT‘s practice, this is introduced through the RockTape methodology commonly used by Physical Therapists and Chiropractors.
Massage Cupping is a bridge to an Eastern style of bodywork. Not only does it incorporate elements of increasing circulation, mobility, and assisted yoga-type stretching, but it also includes addressing the Eastern energy meridians and point pressure work. It is performed fully clothed without any lotions or oils. When used as an Add-On to a Massage Therapy session, I call them “My Little Helpers” since they can continue working in a stubborn area while I move on to the next.

What does this mean for you? I am able to provide this beneficial therapy through your skin (the largest organ in your body) to help continue the work directly from our massage sessions into your life for several days afterward, and to help to re-educate how you move for the long-run!
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands or no-contact to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
