- Clinical massage is geared towards helping your body heal from misuse or injury. Each session is individually tailored with your history and current complaints in mind. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, athlete, or simply rolled your ankle, this session can address the muscles involved to help you heal. FSA/HSA payment options are available, and prescriptions from a medical professional are accepted.

- Thai Table massage is a bridge to an Eastern style of bodywork. Not only does it incorporate elements of increasing circulation, mobility, and assisted yoga-type stretching, but it also includes addressing the Eastern energy meridians and point pressure work. It is performed fully clothed without any lotions or oils.
IASTM, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, uses a variety of tools to affect the neurology associated with pain. Especially in Erin Clyne, LMT‘s practice, this is introduced through the RockTape methodology commonly used by Physical Therapists and Chiropractors.
Massage Cupping is a Western take on an Eastern therapy. It provides a focused approach of lifting the tissues to separate those tough knots. Different techniques are used such as gliding the cups, or simply focusing the cup on a particular area. Benefits include lymph drainage, loosening stuck tissues, stimulating blood flow, relieving inflammation, and relaxation. When used as an Add-On to a Massage Therapy session, I call them “My Little Helpers” since they can continue working in a stubborn area while I move on to the next.
What does this mean for you? I am able to provide this beneficial therapy through your skin (the largest organ in your body) to help continue the work directly from our massage sessions into your life for several days afterward, and to help to re-educate how you move for the long-run!
