Winding Down for the Holidays…

It’s hard to believe that it’s Holiday Season already! From wrapping up work-related matters to travels and revving up for the year to come, I hope that you carve out time to come back to yourself and what you need before the year is out. It’s so easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of life and not realize where time went. If you’re traveling, don’t forget that you can take advantage of my virtual services! You can find more information on those below.

That being said, I’ll be closed in-person and virtually from December 22 – January 3rd to do my own recharging. You’ll find my NEW January clinic days and hours below as well.

I hope that you and your loved ones have an amazing Holiday Season if I don’t see you before then, and I look forward to welcoming 2022 with you!

In Good Health,
Erin Clyne, LMT

P.S. We still have available time for counseling-type practices to share space with our partner HealingOnHudson. Spread the word!
(COVID-conscious protocol practitioners only, please)

Integrating Ayurveda

I’m so excited to be embarking on an Ayurvedic Specialist certification within my Master’s program!

My official studies begin the end of January, and are scheduled to conclude the end of October. I’ve been fascinated by this framework ever since I went through my Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. It uses the natural elements and cycles as a framework for bringing yourself back into balance through movement, nutrition, and mental frameworks.

I already bring elements of this practice into my Coaching sessions, but this Specialty Certification will allow me to have a more clinical approach to my recommendations and education. The first module of this certification begins the last weekend of January, so you will notice that the 29th & 30th are unavailable for appointments.

I’m looking forward to bringing more of this wonderful philosophy to you.
