Let Me Introduce Myself

For those of you that have recently been introduced to Wellness Lab, and for my long-time clients that only associate me with Massage & Bodywork, Wellness Lab has grown to be a community of Health Practitioners with a variety of services.
You’ll meet Asha in this email who is starting in January, but already has a strong background. Asha, Reiki Traveler, won 2017 BEST OF HOBOKEN Wellness Service, and is also an Occupational Therapist. We’re so excited to have her join our community! You can read more about her and our other lovely members on our website.

My name is Erin Clyne, and I began practicing Massage in Chicago where I was a professional Contemporary Dancer, and am now a Stunt woman here in NYC. My many years of beating up my body have informed how I practice, and with a more clinical focus while still allowing the body to relax and take in the work, I also help to integrate the bodywork with Yoga.

While managing the clinic and stunt-ing, I have regular clinic hours Saturday/Sunday/Monday, and include additional hours in the section above. Occasionally, I do open up random additional hours which you can see on my online booking page linked at the button below.

I’m so excited for what Wellness Lab is growing to become, and I look forward to how we can help you and future clients on your path to Wellness.

Here’s to a great 2018!

Asha is a Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher who uses holistic approaches incorporating the mind, body, and spirit. She adopted the belief that everyone has the ability to kick-start their self healing process, and found herself deeper exploring energy medicine after her own struggles with an autoimmune condition. During her travels to Southeast Asia, Asha realized that energy is constantly traveling and released as needed to heal the physical, mental. emotional, and spiritual levels of the body. Diagnoses she has worked with include, but not limited to, developmental delays, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, arthritis, pain, autoimmune disorders, traumatic brain injuries, stroke, cancer, genetic disorders, and neuromuscular diseases.
