Sound Bath Healing with Reiki
with Jalpa Dhaduk & A.C. Panno
Sound Bath and Reiki Meditation is a multidimensional experience that goes beyond the five senses. It allows you to go beyond the daily stresses of life and be liberated.Tibetan Singing Bowls entrain the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition. The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response. The sounds generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease.
Benefits of a Gong:
- Drop into an effortless state of relaxation
- It’s deeply rejuvenating for our bodies and cells
- It can be very transformative in helping you with unblocking emotions
Reiki, a Japanese technique of stress reduction works with the main and subtle energy centers in the body to promote healing on all levels – emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. Reiki is an energy healing modality that derives from the very same life force energy that flows through your cells and DNA. Reiki energy heals by getting to the core of your condition and flushing it out.
