CBD – What to Know

NEW Booking Platform & Perks

I’ve completely transitioned to using Acuity as my Appointment Booking platform which you can conveniently access via my website…no more redirecting! Those of you with account credits should see your available balance when you input your email address upon booking.

You can create an account either when you book a new appointment, or in your appointment confirmation/reminder when you click ‘change/cancel appointment’.

What does creating an account get you?

  • View your account balance ($ and/or services remaining)
  • View your appointment history (since the transition to Acuity)
  • Bypass appointment questions
  • Account credit minimum/maximum and Package purchases (including discount) applied to your account and immediately accessible for use. Simply click on ‘View Products/Packages’
  • Save your credit card to file so that you don’t have to input each time you book = No. More. Invoicing.
  • You can pay your balance any time prior to your appointment by clicking ‘change/cancel appointment’ on your confirmation or reminder emails.

You should still have access to your MassageBook account to review your history there as well, if you wish. Please let me know if you have any questions or ease-of-use comments/suggestions.

In Good Health,
Erin Clyne, LMT

P.S. We still have available time for counseling-type practices to share space with our partner HealingOnHudson. Spread the word!
(COVID-conscious protocol practitioners only, please)

Existing Bodywork clients can book appointments up to 30 days in advance.

Holiday Season is Approaching…

It’s hard to believe that the year has gone by so quickly. I know I’m not emotionally ready to spend another holiday season during this pandemic. Yes, we’ve come a long way, but I’m still taking heavy precautions and will spend another year without physically seeing my family. We do what we can and continue the work to stay healthy and sane, including keeping those that have been supportive throughout this process held dear (in person or virtually).

That being said, I’m proud to be able to provide bodywork to those nearby, and virtual services to those around the country. Wellness is all-encompassing and impacts every part of who we are. The more compassion we bring to ourselves, the more love and patience we have for those around us.

So, whether you want to expand your wellness toolkit, or gift it to a loved one, there’s a way to do that year-round or to take advantage of special offers this holiday season. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions on how a specific service or retainer package works, and I’d be happy to walk you through the process.

CBD: Concerns &
What to Look For

If you have been or are interested in using CBD, you may not be aware of what to look for in a quality product…because it isn’t cheap. In addition, brush up on the current research regarding interactions with every day substances such as caffeine or other medications that could severely impact your liver or other systems.
