CranioSacral Therapy with Gina Russomano
CranioSacral Therapy focuses on the central nervous system—the command center for the body – which is why it can be used to address so many different and often complex conditions. By improving the function of the central nervous system, CST aims to improve the body’s ability to heal and self-correct itself, from head to toe inside and out. As a practitioner, I aim to release restrictions that may be impacting the craniosacral system—the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid – that surround, protect and nourish the brain and spinal cord. CST balances the autonomic nervous system, allowing for a deep relaxation which allows the receiver to function better.
As you saw from a previous newsletter, Nicole Martin is focusing her services on career coaching. She is the Head of Talent Management for Monarch Consulting HR and has over 15 years of Human Resources experience in both large corporations and small start-ups.
Wellness Lab is excited to partner with Monarch Consulting HR to expand on services both for the individual and small business owner. Career coaching services include:

- Cover letter ideas
- Personal branding, and
- Mock interviews
