Hello To Our Wonderful Wellness Community,

I hope that everyone is staying safe and well in our current health climate, as well as taking steps to help stop the spread of this virus.

We want to continue your treatment plan to help you keep on track mentally and physically.

Below are various ways that you can stay in touch with us. Whether you want to make a virtual appointment, purchase pre-recorded classes, or simply keep up with us on social media to see our lovely faces – just as we’d love to see yours! Please keep a look out for additional options coming soon.

March News: Cupping & Self Care

Cupping & Self-Care:
New & Improved Cupping techniques + Virtual or In-person Self Care Consultations
with Erin Clyne, LMT

Sports-Focused Cupping

This Sports-focused 30-minute Cupping session provides a clinical approach to separate those tough knots.

Techniques include gliding cups, static cups, and/or functional movement. Dark circles may appear that are a sign of stagnation within the body. Do not plan to exercise for the remainder of the day, avoid cold/heat for 4-6 hours, and do not receive other bodywork for 24 hours to avoid overloading the system. Please wear comfortable clothing to move in such as exercise shorts, and sports bra for women.

Self Care Consultations
Unsure of how to perform that self care technique? Let’s assess whether your technique is accomplishing what you need it to, learn about self massage, how to use a foam roller, assess your yoga pose/posture, etc. Let’s chat about how you can keep yourself up and running!
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

Community Love Note

I would like to shout out to the world how amazing collaborating within a community can feel when we each take ownership, responsibility, and pride in what we call our own – our calling. It can be easy to fall into the trap of going to a job, getting into a routine, losing inspiration and motivation. When you work alongside a great group of like-minded people, you’re excited to spend your breaks decompressing with them, excited to brainstorm, excited to make what you’re building together something bigger. The idea of creating an impact can be intoxicating. Working alongside these inspirational leaders makes the idea of accomplishing something bigger so much easier to fathom, to work towards, to take the steps towards something you never thought possible before. We each bring a different perspective, we cheer each other on, we lift each other up. So much love for this journey!
Love,
Erin Clyne, LMT
