Winding Down for the Holidays…

It’s hard to believe that it’s Holiday Season already! From wrapping up work-related matters to travels and revving up for the year to come, I hope that you carve out time to come back to yourself and what you need before the year is out. It’s so easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of life and not realize where time went. If you’re traveling, don’t forget that you can take advantage of my virtual services! You can find more information on those below.

That being said, I’ll be closed in-person and virtually from December 22 – January 3rd to do my own recharging. You’ll find my NEW January clinic days and hours below as well.

I hope that you and your loved ones have an amazing Holiday Season if I don’t see you before then, and I look forward to welcoming 2022 with you!

In Good Health,
Erin Clyne, LMT

P.S. We still have available time for counseling-type practices to share space with our partner HealingOnHudson. Spread the word!

Integrating Ayurveda

I’m so excited to be embarking on an Ayurvedic Specialist certification within my Master’s program!

My official studies begin the end of January, and are scheduled to conclude the end of October. I’ve been fascinated by this framework ever since I went through my Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. It uses the natural elements and cycles as a framework for bringing yourself back into balance through movement, nutrition, and mental frameworks.

I already bring elements of this practice into my Coaching sessions, but this Specialty Certification will allow me to have a more clinical approach to my recommendations and education. The first module of this certification begins the last weekend of January, so you will notice that the 29th & 30th are unavailable for appointments.

I’m looking forward to bringing more of this wonderful philosophy to you.

Holiday Season is Approaching…

It’s hard to believe that the year has gone by so quickly. I know I’m not emotionally ready to spend another holiday season during this pandemic. Yes, we’ve come a long way, but I’m still taking heavy precautions and will spend another year without physically seeing my family. We do what we can and continue the work to stay healthy and sane, including keeping those that have been supportive throughout this process held dear (in person or virtually).

That being said, I’m proud to be able to provide bodywork to those nearby, and virtual services to those around the country. Wellness is all-encompassing and impacts every part of who we are. The more compassion we bring to ourselves, the more love and patience we have for those around us.

So, whether you want to expand your wellness toolkit, or gift it to a loved one, there’s a way to do that year-round or to take advantage of special offers this holiday season. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions on how a specific service or retainer package works, and I’d be happy to walk you through the process.

CBD: Concerns &
What to Look For

If you have been or are interested in using CBD, you may not be aware of what to look for in a quality product…because it isn’t cheap. In addition, brush up on the current research regarding interactions with every day substances such as caffeine or other medications that could severely impact your liver or other systems.

Spring-Time Growth: Creating a Game Plan with Self-Compassion

Becoming Your Ideal Self Rooted in Reality

This workshop will focus on identifying your ideal path forward working with your current circumstances in order to create realistic goals, remove road blocks, all while encouraging self-compassion. The workshop will conclude with Reiki + Yin Yoga to allow your mind and body to connect and process your plan.

This workshop is based upon multiple backgrounds to bring a wholistic lifestyle approach. Foundations include:

  • Wellness Coaching to cultivate goal-setting, options for removing road blocks, and self-compassion
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine to identify your unique approach and what works for you, and how that changes throughout the year + how yin/yang can create a toolkit to pull from as needed
  • Japanese Reiki healing to balance your energy / chakras
  • Yin Yoga to restore your physical and mental focus
